Departure from the pyramid excursion to Sakkara, Dahshur and Giza

We will pick you up from the hotel at about 03:00 and drive straight to Cairo.
About halfway we take a break and then the journey continues to Cairo.

Around 9 a.m. we arrive in Sakkara to visit the step pyramid, the oldest stone building in human history.

Then we continue to Dahshur and get an answer to the question why the king had Snefru build a kink pyramid and commissioned his builder to build the very first real pyramid in the immediate vicinity.

We leave Dahshur and on the way to Giza we enjoy a tasty lunch in a garden restaurant, rich in Egyptian specialties.

Now the crowning of the day takes place; we visit the world-famous pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mekerinios.

In the end, we look into the eyes of the Sphinx and hope that she will tell us something about the historical events that are several millennia old.

After an eventful day, we make our way back to Hurghada. At about 21 o'clock we are back at the hotel.
